Dr. James L. Graham Jr. , Owner & CEO
James L. Graham, Jr. was an officer in the U.S. Army for over 20 years. During his Army career, he served in many key assignments within the Continental United States and abroad. Prior to retiring from the Army, he earned numerous awards, including: the Legion of Merit, Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Army Meritorious Service Medal, Joint Service Commendation Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Joint Service Achievement Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Joint Meritorious Unit Award. Dr. Graham has a strong background in Employee Relations, Business Development, Telecommunications, Worldwide Voice and Data Systems, Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and Program Management.
Dr. Graham is also an ordained minister. He was licensed to preach the Gospel at the Greater Little Zion Baptist Church, Fairfax, Virginia, and was ordained by Antioch Baptist Church, Fairfax Station, Virginia. He is a graduate of the Capital Bible Seminary, and Faith Christian University and Schools.
Dr. Graham is the Pastor Emeritus of the Pastor of Mount Pleasant Baptist Church, Herndon,VA, where he served for over 22 years. He has a passion for for helping people and international missions. He has been privileged to proclaim the Gospel over forty different countries. Under his leadership, Mount Pleasant Baptist Church established partnerships in thirteen countries, including Haiti, Kenya, Nigeria, India, Sudan, Benin, Ghana, and Liberia.
Dr. Graham was awarded a Doctor of Divinity, Honoris Causa, from the Liberia Baptist Theological Seminary, Liberia, West Africa. He was recognized by the President of the United States for his volunteer service to his community. He is listed in The Heritage Registry of Who’s Who and as an Outstanding Young Man of America.
Dr. Graham is a proud alumnus of South Carolina State University, and a life member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.

James O. Graham is a results driven leader with more than 20 years of Federal Contracting experience. At G4S, Mr. Graham is responsible for the successful implementation, Quality, and delivery of services. He is known for his “Mission First” approach and exceptional customer engagement. Mr. Graham manages strategic alliances, partnerships, joint ventures, and subcontractor relationships for G4S. Additionally, Mr. Graham leverages successful delivery to promote organic growth with existing customers and assist with Business Development.
Mr. Graham has extensive experience providing subject matter expertise in strategic planning, portfolio management, financial management, performance management, and IT modernization. As a certified Agile practitioner, Mr. Graham has successfully led multiple multi-vendor programs across the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community and has been recognized for his outstanding contributions to these programs.
Prior to joining the G4S team, Mr. Graham served as the Chief Operating Officer for InfiniSource Consulting Solutions, and excelled in management consulting at L3-NSS, Booz Allen Hamilton, BearingPoint, and General Dynamics. He is an active member of the Project Management Institute and maintains his Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certifications.
Mr. Graham is a proud alumnus of Delaware State University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration and an MBA in finance. He is a life member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
Jerre Graham, Chief Financial Officer

Jerre merits a professional banking career with over 30 years of experience. Her primary focus is assisting clients with exceptional service skills and helping them to achieve financial goals. In December of 1982, she graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a BS in Mathematics. She managed assigned portfolio of personal and business relationships as a Personal Banker for the First Wisconsin National Bank in One Capitol Square, Madison Wisconsin from February 1989-March 1990, with a focus on servicing and developing existing client base along with acquiring new relationships. For almost a decade, she began working as an Assistant Branch Manager and Assistant Treasurer for Central Carolina Bank in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. She became apart of the NC Urban Banker Association in 1993 and was a Steering Committee Member for March Of Dimes Walk America from 1994 to 1995. She moved on to become Branch Manager and Assistant Vice President at the Central Carolina Bank in Durham, North Carolina from 1999-2003. From 2003-2014, she not only became Branch Manager once again, but she also became Vice President at Sun Trust Bank in Durham, North Carolina. During that time, she received her North Carolina Department of Insurance, Life Accident and Health license in June 2006. Her current work as a Sole Proprietor at Graham Solutions in Durham, North Carolina consists of her being an Independent agent contracted with various insurance companies soliciting life and health insurance products for personal and business needs.
Other achievements and interests include her being a SunTrust Diversity Council Member; Affinity Group Chair from 2011 to present , Mathematics Tutoring Fayetteville St School 2007 – 2009, Board Member, Volunteer Center of Durham 2005 – 2008, and UNC Chapel Hill & NC Bankers Association; NC School of Banking Mid-Management Program from Aug 2002 to August 2004. Her best assets includes a successful combination of leadership experience, compliance, operational risk and managing diversity, strategic planning, and goal implementation to attain sales and productivity levels. She has a multitude of experience in banking actions such as managing staff and employee and branch operations.

Brandyn Crittenton, Program Manager/FSO
Brandyn Crittenton is an esteemed alumnus of Virginia Commonwealth University where he earned 2 bachelor’s Degrees, Science of Marketing and Entrepreneurship. Mr. Crittenton was selected to attend the Da Vinci Center for Innovation Academy where he successfully completed his master’s degree in Product Innovation and learned team development, user experiential design, SCRUM, and the Design Thinking process. Brandyn began his career at Crittenton Consulting Group, Inc as a Business analyst where his duties included marketing, business development, task management, and technical writing. Brandyn is a certified Facility Security Officer
